THE RELEASE

The Pioneers Collection records our arid-aged whisky programme as it evolves. Each numbered edition captures a single cask at a particular moment in spirit, oak, climate and time.


Release Nº.2 was drawn from a first-fill Apera cask, bringing richness and fruit to our arid-aged single malt. Bright cherry and candied orange develop into toffee, milk chocolate and gentle spice.


Each edition is made once. When one cask ends, the collection moves on to the next.



Nº.2 retains the sculptural Pioneers bottle, distinguished by a new label treatment and edition-specific side tab.

  • NOSE

    Sweet ginger, honey syrup and sandalwood.

  • PALETTE

    Warm stewed fruit, velvety almond and vanilla cream with gentle spice. 

  • FINSIH

    Lingering sweetness balanced by measured oak and subtle tannin.

  • NOSE

    Bright cherries and gentle spice, with faint orange peel.

  • PALATE

    Sweet orange and citrus layered with toffee, ripe cherries and milk chocolate, with gentle spice and a warming texture.

  • FINISH

    Butterscotch toffee and milk chocolate.
