Harvested by hand at sunrise, when their nectar is at its peak, they’re steeped and distilled to capture bright citrus, sweet nectar and delicate florals in a silky, clean vodka.

Bottlebrush nectar builds overnight and peaks at sunrise. We pick the flowers by hand as the sun comes up, before the heat builds and the bees arrive.

Within minutes, the blooms are steeped to capture their nectar and aromatics, then distilled with fresh flowers to bring soft sweetness and floral character to the palate.
