These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through The Outback Distilling Co. website.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and other selected carriers. 

We are currently unable to ship internationally through our website. 

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location. 

Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gday@outbackdistilling.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions. 

Where this occurs, a full refund will be issued. 

Liquor Act 1992 (Qld)

It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. 

All sales of alcohol are made by McFellowes Distilling Pty Ltd and delivered from:
