Arid-Aged Single Malt is matured in Outback Queensland in ex-Bourbon and Oloroso casks, where scorching days, cool desert nights and dramatic pressure swings create a maturation environment unlike anywhere else in Australia.

As temperatures rise and fall, the spirit expands into the oak before retreating again, gradually building colour, depth and complexity.

Arid-ageing isn't faster. It's a different rhythm. One that produces a whisky with a character shaped by the extremes of Outback Queensland.
