Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gday@outbackdistilling.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. 


We will review the matter promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. 


Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
