The Pioneers Collection traces our arid-aged whisky programme through a series of limited, numbered releases.
Each edition captures the distinct character of a single cask, shaped by maturation in Australia’s Outback.
Each edition is made once. When one cask ends, the collection moves on to the next.
The collection began with The Founders Cask, drawn from Cask 01. Release Nº.2 continues the story with a first-fill Apera cask, limited to 649 individually numbered bottles.

Drawn from Cask 01, the first cask laid down by founders Michael McLaughlin and Will Fellowes.
Limited to 683 individually numbered bottles, The Founders Cask marked the beginning of The Pioneers Collection. Made once, never repeated.
RELEASE Nº.2
649 BOTTLES. INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED.
Drawn from a first-fill Apera cask, Release Nº.2 layers bright cherry and candied orange with toffee, milk chocolate and gentle spice.
Arid-aged in Australia’s Outback and limited to 649 individually numbered bottles. Made once, never repeated.
