The Pioneer’s Collection represents the pinnacle of our Outback whisky craftsmanship. Released only twice a year in a numbered, small-batch release, each expression tells a singular story of temperature shifts, meticulous cask selection and time in the elements.

OVERVIEW
The Founder’s Cask is drawn from Cask 01, the first cask laid down by founders Michael McLaughlin and Will Fellowes, marking the beginning of The Pioneer’s Collection.
Matured in a first-fill Oloroso cask seasoned for over 30 years, it aged in Roma under dramatic 15–20°C daily temperature swings and low humidity. The Outback climate drives deep wood interaction, expanding and contracting the spirit through the barrel with intensity and rhythm.
The result is richness and structure shaped by place as much as by patience.
This inaugural release is individually numbered and finite. Once Cask 01 is gone, it will not be repeated.
Foundational. Collectible. This is the first chapter in a long-term, climate-driven whisky programme designed for collectors.
NOSE
Sweet ginger, honey syrup and sandalwood.
PALETTE
Warm stewed fruit, velvety almond and vanilla cream with gentle spice.
FINSIH
Lingering sweetness balanced by measured oak and subtle tannin.
