Gift Card Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. PROMOTER

The promoter is The Outback Distilling Co. ("Promoter").

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026 ("Promotional Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

By entering, entrants confirm they are of legal drinking age in their state or territory of residence.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, eligible individuals must:

Subscribe to The Outback Distilling Co. mailing list via an official promotional entry form during the Promotional Period; and
Provide a valid email address.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Entrants must remain subscribed to The Outback Distilling Co. mailing list at the time of the prize draw to remain eligible.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a $100 AUD digital gift card redeemable via The Outback Distilling Co. online store.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

6. DRAW

The draw will take place on 1 October 2026 at the Promoter's offices.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period across participating events and promotional entry forms.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw.

The winner's first name and state may be published on The Outback Distilling Co.'s website and social media channels.

8. UNCLAIMED PRIZE

If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

9. PRIVACY

By entering, entrants agree that their personal information may be collected, used and disclosed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion and providing marketing communications.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

10. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize.

11. GENERAL

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
