ARID-AGED WHISKY
Matured in ex-Bourbon and Oloroso casks in Outback Queensland, where dramatic temperature swings and low humidity shape the whisky in cask.
Sweet ginger, honey and sandalwood lead into stewed fruit, almond and vanilla cream, with gentle spice and a lingering sweetness.
